I purchased the Plantronics audio 350 to replace my outstanding Plantronics Gamecom 1 which has been discontinued. At first the audio 350 sounded muffled but upon researching this I found that there is a black filter behind the gray speaker cover and simply pulled off the ear cushion and removed the black filters and now they sound great!! The only negative I can report is these tend to become uncomfortable after prolonged use due to the small and stiff ear cushion.

An adequate product for voice recognition and playback, and better than average sound quality for music playback. Very long cables are sometimes inconvenient for me, but may be an asset to others. Headset is not heavy but is bulky and I find it slightly uncomfortable, mostly because it traps heat on/in my ear, and the "pleather" covers on the earphones do not allow for any air circulation.
Comments about Plantronics .Audio 350 Ultimate Performance Headset:
If they could rotate so that you can choose which side the mic is on then these would be perfect. Mind you, I only use them 1-2x's a week for less than 20 minutes.
Comments about Plantronics .Audio 350 Ultimate Performance Headset:
Works Well. You cannot turn the sound low enough to not hear anything coming out of the headset. The microphone picks up ALL background noises and ALL Breathing!
Comments about Plantronics .Audio 350 Ultimate Performance Headset:
Great product, works very well for an affordable price. The Microphone is pretty stiff at first, and the volume control/on-off switch is a littel low on the cord for me. All around good product, though. The sound quality is great. :)
nope this won't work for you. You would need an adaptor to route the two leads into a single jack for your phone.

I believe most cordless phones use a single 2.5mm stereo plug. This headset has two 3.5mm plugs, one for earphones and one for microphone. This will not work with your phone. Look for a phone-specific headset with the proper connector. Most Cell phone headsets will work with a cordless phone, but check the connector before buying.

No I don't think that this headset will work, as most cordless phones use a 2.5mm plug where this product has 2 3.5mm plugs. This is more designed for use with a computer, and VoIP.

Q:
Plantronics .Audio 350 Ultimate Performance Headset ==> does the boom adjust for either right or left ear use?
Yes, there are two plugs on the back. One goes in the speaker one and the other goes in the microphone one... :o)

It goes into the same slot as the headphones, or if you don't have those, the speaker. Next to the speaker should be a little picture of a microphone. The plugs are labled by which ports they go into

Yes, on my laptop it's on the very front, on a desktop it would probably be on the back in the sound card.
