          Sound quality is fine. The headset that holds onto your head is pretty comfortable but the one that hangs on your ear is not as good as it could be. With all the small bluetooth headsets and new technology, I am unsure why this has to have an earpiece where there actually has to be a rubber part that goes INSIDE your ear. Not terrible but I think the design could be better.

          Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

                  Like other Plantronics devices, the headset is easy to set up and with the handset lifter, it's great for everyday conference calls with clients. Unfortunately, Plantronics still hasn't mastered the Over-the-ear piece. The three sizes are too extreme and cannot fit comfortably in the ear (the same reason the old one was replaced). This is a step up from the Voyager, and it's a good deal, just not a great fit.
