I use for payables. It is easy to put checks into the envelope and I don't have to lick to seal.

Product works well for bulk invoicing. The price is much higher than the regular gummed envelopes. If you don't have a heavy invoice load then don't bother.

Staples is the only place left that I can find 8 7/8" x 3 7/8" (invoice sized), double window, self-sealing envelopes. These are perfect for my Quickbooks invoices. All other sized envelopes require me to fold my invoices another time to make them fit - but these envelopes are not only easy to seal but also the perfect size!
