We tried a variety of ways to keep track of everyone's comings and goings - and once we decided to bite the bullet and pay for this gadget, we wonder why we ever hesitated! If you have more than 3-4 people in your office, this is the way to go.

We put off purchasing an in/out board because they seem ridiculously priced - but now we wonder how we ever got by without one! No eraser is included but it's not even needed, a swipe of the finger works fine! The in/out magnets are all that's used on most days.
