I use this tape to package and ship the items that I sell online. The tape is sticky, but it doesn't have any tendency to fold back in on itself and end up a ball of tape that I can't untangle like some other brands do. The tape tears well on the dispenser, and I haven't found that it rips unevenly.

The dispenser itself seems to be sturdy enough to hold up to the abuse that it may sometimes receive from my children or from being dropped by my clumsy hands (at least, so far). Additionally, I have found that the tape works quite well for making small repairs to papers or to my children's toys.

However, I have found that if you accidentally stick it to paper that you did not intend to stick it to, it will tear off bits of the paper rather than coming off cleanly. I suppose that's to be expected from a tape that is as sticky as this tape is.

I had a few boxes of old files to tape up - I bought two double packs of the tape. I ended up using all four dispensers to tape up 15 boxes. I should have looked at the description and realized that 22 yards doesn't go far! If you do not ship many packages and only need a small amount, this is a good purchase. If you want a lot on hand - go with the bigger model.

Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Tape the best tape!
I use a lot of tape on daily bases. I tried diffrent brands, no luck; they don't even compare to Scotch. Beside using to pack, I like to put over address' labels I print on my computer.
I can only wished for better value; it is seams that roll of Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping tape can only last so long. It is easy to use - strong, but at the same time not too sticky (you do not fight with sticky tape - lol). Vey good product, highly recommended!

I use quite a bit of this product to mail boxes to family members and friends who live out of the country serving in the military. Recently ran out and had to get a package mailed immediately. I was fortunate enough to get this on sale so I decided to buy more than one roll at a great price. I have found it to be of good quality, very strong and heavy duty binding. I have also used this product to label jars, bottles and other items. Just apply the tape where needed then used a permanent marker to write on the label.
