Q: We recently moved our office to a new location. Upon packing up my desk I removed the paper roll from my calculator so that it would not fall off during the move. When setting up my new desk I went to put the paper roll back in/on my machine. As I was advancing the paper through the machine it got hung up inside and rolled itself around the inside roller and jammed up. I removed the jammed paper as carefully as possible, however now it will not print. All I get on the paper is very faint verticle lines.....no numbers. I have tried hitting the "reset" button on the bottom of the machine but that doesn't seem to do anything. Can you please tell me how to get my machine working properly again as I am in desparate need of it. Thank you. Asked on 8/10/2010 by Anonymous from Milwaukee, Wisconsin Know the answer?
