                Very disappointed. Needed something because my old, standard cord would get very tangled. This worked great for a little while, then the swivel part keep falling out of the phone. Then the plastic piece that plugs into the swivel part broke off completely. I'm still looking for something that will last!

                          Purchased longer cord and chose swivel due to the location of the phone. Swivel part broke within one month and had to return to local store to exchange for a non-swivel item.

                          Piece that broke caused phone to having no reception at all.
