Exactly what I needed

We mail out customer water utility bills and these easy peal and seal envelopes are great!

They melt in laser printers

I bought these to make mailing patient statements more efficient. I got our first box and printed our return address on a small stack of envelopes only to find that the heat from the fuser caused the window to shrivel up and/or melt through. I assume that this is a problem that can be gotten around by using an ink jet printer, but our office doesn't currently have one. I was also disappointed to find that these envelopes aren't available with a security tint.

Belong to an organization where I do a great deal of mailings. I just got tired of the gummed envelopes--prefer the adhesive strip, even though they cost nuch more money.

Bought a box of 500 and about 20% of them do not stick propery. They are easy to use but many of these have to actually be taped to be certain the flap does not open back up on you before you get to the post office. They are 'quick and easy', just not reliable.

Defeats the purpose.

  The window on this envelope is slightly to low for the full address to appear in the window. Quickbooks and Intuit suggest that you purchase the Quickbooks envelopes to ensure a perfect fit.
