If color was used to separate individual file spaces it would enhance usefulness. Likewise, if space for special comments or special labels was included in the design, more uses could be made of this accordion file. Lastly. numbers AND letters should appear on each divider to allow for multi-tasking and flexible usage.
Just what I needed, tabs are alphabetically labled already, what could be easier. Fits beautifully in a locked storage box 13.5 W for ease of transport also. Very happy with purchase. With everything going paperless, I was a little unsure if this item would even be available.
Not clearly marked so I purchased this instead of the product with the flap. Once you open this product, you CANNOT RETURN IT! I was told Staples would not accept the file unless it was in its original packaging!

Q:
Does STAPLES have any expanding files that are SMALLER than 12" wide? I'm looking for a similar expanding index file that's no more than 8" high and 10" wide.
