Q: In the picture of this item, there are labels on each shelf. My daughter purchased this item for me in a Staples retail store and said there were no labels with the item nor could she find any for sale separately. I also cannot find any for sale separately on line. Where can I obtain the labels? Asked on 4/4/2010 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 2 answers A: We offer a wide selection of labels. We do not sell the labels you see pre-printed. You would have to create them from a blank label. For help selecting ones that work with your printer, please contact us at 800.333.3330. Answered on 4/15/2010 by Customer Care from Staples A: Labels were not included. There is a 2.5 inch black metal plate on each shelf to affix an adhesive Avery-type label. You are right, though. These labels should be included. Answered on 7/28/2010 by sam from Brooklyn
Q: I want to buy this product but I've read mixed reviews about it. My only concern is whether it is flimsy or not. Some have said sturdy while others proclaim the opposite. So which is it guys? I'd like an honest answer. Asked on 10/16/2009 by Laven Know the answer? Answer this question 5 answers A: it is not flimsy. it has a heavy, quality feel to it. however it does not balance very well on the desktop - if you push hard on one end it will tilt that way. i'm not going to be pushing on mine, it works just fine for me on my desk. i may choose to mount mine on the wall for space-saving reasons, but i don't want to drill holes so for now it works just fine on my desk. i like mine a lot. Answered on 10/17/2009 by delaneymoney from cary, NC A: i wouldn't put weights on it or anything heavy like that, it holds notepads, and a binder ok. Answered on 1/5/2010 by sunny from cerritos, ca A: This item is quite sturdy. I am a high school principal and use it everyday for heavy discipline files. Answered on 10/27/2009 by MsO from New Bedford MA A: It is definitely flimsy! WHen I put things in it, it only made it more flimsy. I liked that it had room on either end for longer documents (large/longer envelopes, etc.), but I think as a result, the fact that the product has no bracing on the perimeter (only in the back) makes it prone to wobble and bend forward when you weigh it down. Answered on 11/3/2009 by Music gal from Hagerstown, Maryland A: I have on the top tier, 4 inches of papers stacked un-neat, (I'm very busy and get to paper work when I can) I added (to test it's sturdiness) two(2) 9h x 11w x 2d large college textbooks, three (3) medium sized textbooks 7h x 9-1/2w x 1/2d, and it still did not fall over. All measurements are in inches. I also have papers on the other two tiers. So I would say that is sturdy enough for normal usage. Answered on 11/4/2009 by LoseYourWires.com from Hope Mills, NC
