This is an awesome product! I bought it and used it the next day, primarily to sort out paperwork for 5 clients I was dealing with simultaneously. This is the best organizing "tool" that I've ever found for this purpose (and believe me I've been looking for a long time). I went back to Staples the next day to buy more, but they were out! I was told it was a promotional item and they weren't sure if they were getting it again. Fast forward a month later and I got an email from Staples to rate the product I purchased. Wow, it's now a "staple" item! Not only am I rating it, but I'm buying more! Thanks to Staple's Rewards for tracking my purchase!

The thought was definitely there, but there were
a couple of characteristics of the folder that made it subpar.
First I'd like to note that the stickers provided to label each
folder will not adhere to the tabs themselves and fall off. I had
to super glue them into place. The only other annoyance is the
engineering put into making it "cascading" made for ledges on the
inside of each pocket. This ledge catches papers going into the folder
making it difficult, and at the same time, bending the corners of
the papers. Besides that, it suits my needs.

        I am a nursing instructor, this device is great for organizing my lessons and tests. I also have another one to put assignments in. The color coding makes both it easy to quickly identify the paper work I need.

        I am also in the New York State Guard. This device makes orgaization easy for my family when I am activated. They know month by month the bills and paper work that needs to be taken care of.

        The light weight, durablity of this device makes it easy for me to take with me in all my journies, no matter if I am teaching or activated.

        I highly recommend this to anyone with a busy active life.
