This is the second cart I purchased from Staples. It's an inferior product that breaks in exactly the same spot each time, the side just above the wheels... the bottom just falls out. I believe that you got this thing engineered way way too flimsy to support the weight it was meant to support. Yeah, you may save money on materials, but you're losing customers by doing this.

This folding crate has been great to transport groceries or even laundry to and from my apartment. My only problem was that it was a hassle to use in the first three trips to the supermarket because I didn't know how to unfold the crate so I can better fit it in my car. Subsequently, I had to use my shoulders to maneuver the crate, a move I wasn't supposed to use due to a work-related injury.

Side clips break so quickly, I bought one after another. First one also lost one wheel pretty fast. It is a good design but not very well built or material is too cheap.
