I use this tape for Shipping boxes containing up to 75 pounds. I even use it over my address labels to keep them from getting damp. Performance shipping tape wise is on par with most name brands.

Another plus is it is made in the USA, where some name brands are not!

The only down fall is if you leave a package in a hot car with the windows up or a storage locker. At higher temps the adhesive does not hold as well. By higher temps I mean 120-150 degrees, what a hot car in summer sun can reach as can a storage locker.

used for sealing boxes in move.
easy to use, thick, tears perfectly with dispenser, never shreading like thinner tapes.
Adhesive not the best. In temperature controlled environment tape would come up from cardboard boxes.

I ship a lot of packages in my home business. I've tested a lot of tape and keep coming back to this one. The 2.6 mil thickness is the important thing. The thinner/cheaper tape keeps flopping down on the roll, requiring an exasperating amount of time and wasted tape to peel it from the roll, again and again. Totally not worth the savings in cash. There are thicker tapes available, but not really necessary unless you ship heavy items all the time. This is a good, all round packing tape.
