I usually purchase file folders from Quill (the Quill brand), but thought I would try Staples, since I (1) had a coupon and (2) figured how much different can one store brand be from another...boy was I disappointed. The Staples brand folder is significantly poorer in quality. The material from which the folder is made is mildly thicker than standard copy paper. Won't make that mistake again!

I like this product because too often times the tabs rip, bend, fold or get squashed. With the reinforced tabs that doesn't happen.

We use thousands of these folders every year. I don't understand how people say they are flimsy. We use them thuroughly and they are passed around to many people and still look the same in the end, so we even reuse them. They are strong and great for attaching documents.

The Staples Brand legal, third cut manila folders are a fabulous product. Clean and easy to work with - GREAT value!

The office uses these files for new cases and needs something sturdy that will handle multiple handling by various individuals. The content of these files is made of recycled products and unfortunately it takes away from the strength of the files. I can understand going green but I'll probably use twice as many files with these sub-standard products.
