The next leap in technology!

Just when you thought a comodity item has been perfected, these push pins made bulletin board attachment a heavenly experience. You have to try them to believe them!

Tacks are okay, not great

I chose this tack design because I was putting photos on bulletin boards and didn't want the heads to stick out (like with push pins) and get easily knocked off. The tacks worked well for the most part. However, I found that a number of the tack heads came loose from their pins as I was putting the photos on. Not the greatest quality...

Perfect for posting notices on bulletin boards, which I do at various colleges in the area. Problem is that easily removed tacks such as push pins often get "borrowed" by people who want to post something & haven't planned ahead. Old-school tacks such as these don't get stolen, mainly because they're more difficult to remove.

I used these tacks to put up missing pet flyers on phone poles, and wooden street sign posts. For the most part they were easy to push or tap into the wood surface. Some of the tacks were not straight to begin with, or bent easily in harder wood. Overall, I am satisfied with the product.

What is the depth of the tack itself? Just the part that will go through the corkboard not including the handle? The tacks I have are twice as long as the corkboard is thick!

  This item is magnetic but it will need to be a strong magnet to hold up the picture. I would recommend to use double sided tape.
