These are great! You will be hooked!

I use these for: business and personal trips; holds my itineraries, hotel info, car rental info, meeting info, directions, etc.
projects; holds data, meeting notes, transcripts, printouts, agendas, etc.,
tax receipts; receipts, contributions, etc., for the year.
Each file is labeled on the outside with a permanent marker LARGE LETTERS for easy retrieval. On my way to meeting just pull the folder and I have all the data. On my way to the airport, just put the folder and I have all that I need.

Once I am complete with the project, trip, etc., they are filed appropriately. They are great.

We had purchased and used the colored version of this envelope in the past. I decided to purchase this 10 pack of the clear variety to save a few dollars, but the first two envelopes that we have used have busted. The plastic piece that holds the string back once wound for closure has popped off both times. We will not be purchasing this version again.

I work in a law firm, and we use these envelopes in our client files to keep their original documents they bring to us in good shape. Also, since we're able to close it up, it keeps things from falling loose so we don't lose clients' original documents.
