    These are very good quality especially for the price! Bought another [...]..just 1! but thought it would be a really nice one. No comparison...these are by far better and you get 5 for the same price! Hooks are retractable and they work with my Viewables labels (also highly recommended). Did not give 5 stars because I would much rather have all 1 color. I color code my cabinet, but only 1 of these colors worked for me. I'm using Rit fabric dye (works on plastic) to dye the other 4 black.

    The accordion-style sides of these pockets are too short to use easily with wire frame file inserts (e.g. Staples own OIC® Hanging File-Folder Frames.) As with all other expanding hanging file jackets that I know of, the sides of these hang under the wire frame when the user tries to lift them up and out. Unless your file drawer has solid sides from which to hang the pockets, you will have problems.

      I am retired and belong to a number of clubs and some of the papers that need to be kept, stored or used are not letter or legal size they are smaller. With the hanging folders having the according short sides it allows me to place small papers in with the rest of the file it belongs to & not have to staple them together or have a bunch of paperclips that catch onto other sheets.

          I thought I was purchasing colored hanging files. Instead, I don't know what I have. I do not understand the purpose for these. I have already caused three to become unglued. They are very difficult to put in a file cabinet. Doesn't hold regular files... Please instruct me on how they should be used.Then maybe I will change my mind.
