Solid; a keeper this time

Recently returned another sharpener in October when it simply stopped working after almost no time. This 1 appears to be better made, so I'm expecting it'll last a while; so far so good!

Time will tell how good this model pencil sharpener is. I have been very disappointed with Bostich. I had 2 very expensive models for use with different size pencils. Neither worked very long. ...Read complete review

Time will tell how good this model pencil sharpener is. I have been very disappointed with Bostich. I had 2 very expensive models for use with different size pencils. Neither worked very long. When I saw an "X-Acto" in use in another office, I bought that model and was happy with it for about a year. Then I had to buy another one, and that one lasted a short time. I am hopeful that my Staples Sharpener will last for a long time. It stops sharpening when the pencil has a point. I like this feature. Ask me again in several months and I will let you know how it is holding up. I sharpen approximately 25 pencils a day, if not more.
