I usually buy 3M products but tried this tape out based on reviews. The only difference I find is the tape is thinner and not as adhesive as 3M but 3M is top of the line and far more expensive. I use the tape a lot throughout the day daily and it is satisfying enough I will buy it again.

We bought this to use in our retail store where we wrap a lot of presents. This tape doesn't adhere to our gift wrap nearly as well as the Scotch branded variety, and consequently we have to use more of it. The extra time and extra materials involved make this a bad choice for our business. I'm going back to Scotch for our next buy. Speaking of which, Staples is not the low cost seller of Scotch brand products.

I know this sounds strange, but when we bandage a client after getting a tattoo, we've had trouble in the past with almost every type of tape we've tried, including high end surgical tapes. We now use this tape and never have a client come back with an allergic reaction. We also use this tape for a lot of other uses in our tattoo studio. Very good value, excellent product.
