I usually purchase the branded Brother TN350 but about 3 wks ago I decided to try to save a few dollars by purchasing this reman toner cartridge. 2 wks into its use, it began to leak making a mess of all our faxes. Not only was it a waste of a cartridge, it was a waste of paper since most of those reports had to be refaxed and reprinted. It was also an nnecessary waste of staff time as well to clean the rollers, call the senders for refaxes. The Brother toner cartridges are not refillable for a reason... This was a mistake. I had a make a run today to pick up more Brother TN350 just to get back to business...
