    How many magazines (standard size) will fit in each slot?

      Each slot is 1.5 inches deep, and can hold 2-4 magazines depending on the thickness of the magazine.

    Under the base is it flat where we could put adhesive double sided tape to secure it to the desk top or is it a ledge and then hollow underneath where we could not?

      I apologize, but I am unsure if the Revolving Magazine Rack has a flat bottom. It may have a plastic edging around the circular bottom that may prevent double-side tape from sticking firmly.
