NOT accepted in state of FLORIDA
I loved these forms BUT My business license is frozen limbo by Florida Dept of state which issues business license for Auto repair shops, because these forms do not meet florida regulations.

These forms now come in 3 sizes and apparently are hard to keep on the shelf. Recently, I purchased a stamp for my company with address and phone numbers and it was from Staples. needs more room
The Repair section is too small. Sometimes a job is labor intensive. Needs more room. The misc sections could be either eliminated or reduced in size.
