Skinny
I wanted triangular shaped pencils because they help children use a tripod grasp (Iām an OT in pediatric rehab). However, these pencils are skinnier than most pencils and will cause fatigue if you have a lot of writing to do.

Tri-Write Wooden Pencils
These are great pencils especially for Math teachers and their students. They write smoothly and very few have broken lead like some cheaper brands do. I would give them 5 stars but the paint irritates my sensitive skin sometimes.

Tri-Write pencils
These are a good pencil for first and second graders to use. They tend to sharpen down quickly, but are still very good for our classroom.

Great school pencils
I bought these for my grand daughters 2nd grade class. They have so many of the pencils from the dollar store that do not sharpen evenly and are hard to use. After reading the previous reviews I decided on these. Before I could take them to school my son, a former teacher, spotted them and wanted a box for his wife who is a teacher. He says these are the best pencils ma...

Perfect pencil for young kids!
These pencils were on the required supply list for my son's first grade class. They are triangle-shaped, which is perfect for beginning writing!

Ticonderroga Tri-Write Pencils
I have always like the Tri-Write. It is the most comfortable pencil I have ever used and always my first choice.
I have even purchased the Tri-Write 1st Pencil for my grandson. He is learning to hold the pencil correctly while he learns to write his letters and numbers. A perfect learning tool.
If there was one thing I could change about the original Tri-Write, I woul...

Comfortable Writer
Use to use mechanical pencils - til I found this one. At my job - I bring my own pens & pencils with me. I even have at least 1 dozen Tri-Writers on hand in case someone needs to borrow a pencil. I sharpen it for them and then let them keep it. Boy oh Boy are they comfortable. I never leave home withot them.

this pencil rocks!
I use these pencils at school. The triangular shape makes them easier to grip and aids my penmanship. The shape also makes them fit right into the fold of my textbook so i don't lose them or drop them. They don't break easily, unless they are deliberately oversharpened. I think these pencils are 10x better than most mechanical pencils. my friends love them, too. they al...
