3-part carbonless Order book has wraparound cover attached to back of book to place between sets and consecutively numbered within each book.
Adams TC5803 3-part carbonless order book has consecutive numbering within each pad at top of form and on stub. It features perforated stub to serve as a guest receipt and "Thank You" printed in blue ink on back with additional lines for notes. It provides 15 lines for writing order specifics and space at the top of form for company stamp. This book has entry fields for name, address order number, terms, dates, salesperson and more.
