Accuform Signs® "Notice" 5 3/4" x 3 1/4" PF-Cardstock safety tag has dia hole of 3/8" for easy installation and with blank front/back provides a way to attach a customized caution to improve safety, sold as 25 per pack.
Accuform Signs® "Notice" PF-Cardstock safety tag in black/blue on white is used during maintenance preventing machine operation/power activation. Tag has two blanked line area at bottom that is labeled as signed by and date, sold as 25 per pack.

- Tear-resistant, waterproof matte surface is easy to write on with pen or marker, and will not crack, distort, or shrink

- Tags do not tear readily when tugged on
- Ideal for indoor use and short term outdoor exposure
- The scuff resistant matte surface is easy to write on
- Thin and flexible 10-mil poly-based material contains no wood based, paper content
- Complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 and ANSI Z535 requirements
