Accuform Signs® "DANGER..DO NOT REMOVE" PF-Cardstock lockout tag features colored stripes for visibility and has blank lined areas to attach a warning. Tag has 3/8" hole for fastening and warns possible unfair dismissal, sold as 25 per pack.
