Accuform Signs® "LADDER.." RP-Plastic ladder status tag measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4" can resist tear, water as well as weather. Tag has matte surface which is easy to write on with pen or marker and has thickness of 15 mil, sold as 25 per pack.
