Accuform Signs® "DANGER DO NOT USE.." RP-Plastic scaffold status tag measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4" includes 3/8" dia hole for easy fastening. Tag prevents machine operation or power activation during maintenance/repair, sold as 25 per pack.
