Accuform Signs® STOPOUT® Red gate valve lockout for 6 1/2" - 10" valve handle features three shackle holes for securing with padlocks and prevents unauthorized access.
Accuform Signs® STOPOUT® Gate valve lockout for 6 1/2" - 10" valve handle has a unique pry guard that avoids the ability to insert a screwdriver in between the halves to pry them apart. Lockout comes with safety label and red diagonal hazard stripes.

- Rigid hinge/pin design stands up to repeated use, opens easily, and closes securely

- In the center, a thinner area allows for easy drill through and attachment on rising stem gate valves
