Accuform Signs® Tags By-The-Roll™ "DANGER..OP" Lockout tag has blank lined areas for specific writing and has a 3/8" dia hole for fastening. Tag prevents machine operation or power activation during maintenance/repair, sold as 100 per roll.

- Tags are die-cut tags housed inside an eye catching, octogan-shaped, cardboard dispenser roll
- Place the 7 1/4" x 7 1/4" x 3 1/2" dispenser in a central location, on a work cart, or carry to wherever lots of tags are needed
- PF-cardstock tags are die-cut shaped like a traditional tag, yet connected end-to-end with perforations and rolled into a protective cardboard dispenser box
- Simply pull out the tag from the box to easily tear off
- Tags are tear resistant and waterproof, made from 'pulp free' polyolefin-based synthetic material, with oversized 3/8" hole
- Writable matte surface is printed on both sides with space to sign, date, and add notes
- Warranty: 30 days limited
- 100 tags are housed inside an eye-catching, octagon-shaped cardboard dispenser. Tags are connected end-to-end with perforations for easy removal
- Pulp-free PF-Cardstock tags are tear-resistant and waterproof, with a mar-resistant, matte surface that is easy to write on with pen or marker
- Top has oversized 3/8" plain hole
- Complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements
