The notebook is three-hole punched to fit a standard-sized three-ring binder with a snag-free coil binding. The 200-sheet notebook has four heavy-duty two-side pocket dividers to hold loose papers and provide a convenient separation of the notebook into five sections of 40 pages each. Each sheet has blue-lined spacing, perforated along the left margin for tear out.
