The Black Box GigaTrue® C6ABC50S-STR-RD-1000 is a high-performance Cat6A bulk Ethernet cable designed for reliable 10 Gigabit networking in demanding environments. This 1000-foot (304.8 m) red cable features 26 AWG stranded copper conductors arranged in four twisted pairs, providing flexibility and ease of installation, especially for patching and short horizontal runs. It uses a double-shielded S/FTP construction, with individually foil-shielded pairs and an overall braided shield, ensuring excellent protection against electromagnetic and radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI). The cable supports bandwidths up to 650 MHz and is compliant with ANSI/TIA-568.2-D and ISO/IEC 11801 Class EA standards, making it suitable for high-speed data, voice, video, and PoE applications. Encased in a CM-rated PVC jacket, it is approved for general-purpose in-wall installations (non-plenum, non-riser) and comes on a reel for easy deployment, with length markings printed on the jacket for convenient measurement tracking.
