Staples In-Store Price Match Guarantee — Staples stores will gladly match the price on an eligible product sold in store or online at an In-Store Qualifying Competitor (defined below) or online at Staples.com®. To receive a price match, the eligible product must be identical, new, in stock (for shipping/delivery/pick up at the time of price match request), and available for purchase at the lower price from a qualifying competitor or Staples.com®. If you find a lower price on an eligible product, bring In-Store Valid Proof (as set forth below) of the lower price and Staples stores will match the price. Staples stores reserve the right to verify the In-Store Qualifying Competitor, the advertised price, the product specifications, and the availability of the eligible product and we may decline the request if unable to do so to its satisfaction in its sole discretion. If you purchase an eligible product from a Staples store and tell us within 14 days that you found that eligible product at a lower price in our stores or at Staples.com®, Staples stores will refund the difference.

Eligible Products: Staples stores will price match a product that is identical (brand name, size, weight, color, quantity, model number and warranty), new, in stock (for shipping/delivery/pick up at the time of price match) and available for purchase at the lower price from the In-Store Qualifying Competitor. Staples stores also price match service plans and custom printing as follows:
Exclusions: The following products and services are excluded from Staples Price Match Guarantee (In-Store Price Match Guarantee, Staples.com Price Match Guarantee and Staples Custom Print Products Price Match Guarantee):
In-Store Qualifying Competitors: Office Depot/Office Max, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon.com, FedEx Office and The UPS Store. Staples will not price match marketplace products sold or shipped by third parties on an In-Store Qualifying Competitor’s website. To receive a price match, the eligible product must be identical, new, in stock (for shipping/delivery/pick up at the time of price match request), and available for purchase at the lower price from a Staples.com Qualifying Competitor. If you find a lower price on an eligible product, contact Customer Services (1-800-333-3330) and provide Staples.com Valid Proof (as set forth below) of the lower price and Staples.com will match the price. Staples.com reserves the right to verify the Staples.com Qualifying Competitor, the advertised price, the product specifications, and the availability of the eligible product and we may decline the request if unable to do so to its satisfaction in its sole discretion. If you purchase an eligible product from Staples.com and tell us within 14 days that you found that eligible product at a lower price at Staples.com®, Staples.com will refund the difference. If you purchase an eligible product from Staples.com for pick up in store (“BOPIS Order(s)”) and tell us within 14 days that you found that eligible product at a lower price in our stores, Staples.com will refund the difference. To clarify, Staples.com will not price match Staples in store prices for Staples.com orders, except for BOPIS Orders.
