Points may be lost or adjusted if a purchase from which you earned points is returned. Once your refund is processed on returned items, any points earned from the returned item(s) will be debited from your account. This includes any points earned through special offers related to your purchase.
In the event there are insufficient points on your account to cover the debit, you will have a negative points balance.
