Water soluble when wet, it dries to a water resistant, non-tacky surface that resists retention of dirt. Permanent Rigid Varnish also r esists discoloring due to humidity, heat, and ultraviolet light.High Gloss Permanent Varnish is translucent when wet and clear when dry. It increases gloss, depth, and intensity of the colors it is applied over.Satin Permanent Varnish produces a non-gla re, low sheen surface that intensifies colors without drastically reducing color depth.
