Elementree Sustainable Printer Paper is a practical and affordable choice for everyday emails, reports, presentations, research, class assignments, and general copying. The 8.5" x 11" sheets have a smooth finish designed to run reliably through personal printers, high-speed office laser printers, inkjet printers, and copiers. Made from residual sawmill wood chips, Elementree uses a resource-efficient pulping process that yields 50% more paper from the same amount of wood compared with standard copy paper. The papermaking process is powered by wind energy and hydropower, uses 47% less water, and generates about half the carbon footprint of standard copy paper. The paper is thicker than conventional copy paper and offers high opacity to help minimize show-through when printing on both sides. Its more natural shade, similar to the paper used in paperback books, provides a softer appearance that is comfortable to read. The sheets are acid free for archival permanence and made with a mixture of FSC-certified wood fibers.
