Very portable
This is my wife's first transport-type chair and we've found it extremely easy to get in and out of the trunk. They designed it so well so the feet rests easily come off and the back folds down. We accidentally broke a plastic piece on the arm pad within the first 30 days and the company promptly sent out a replacement without charge.

Wheel bearings and handgrips
My wife and I purchased the TR39E-SV transport chair after she had surgery on both legs. She only weighs 100 lbs. so her weight has nothing to do with this bad review.

Not terrible
Not the smoothest ride outdoors, the locks on the arms that push the chair are chinsy, as are the brakes. But otherwise it is light and does fold up easy.

Good price but design flaws
The wheels are made of hard plastic so provides very little in the way of shock absorbency. The foot rests, when not in use and wheelchair is folded to be loaded into the car, they flip flop around and fall off so they should really be removed before putting into the vehicle which is a real pain. Otherwise, for a transport wheelchair, it does the job and is reasonably...

Faulty. Not Impressed at all!
I bought this product with the intention of using it the day of my knee reconstruction surgery to get home from the hospital, and in the following few weeks to get around. I received the chair a week prior to surgery, and decided we would test it out with a trip to the mall. Transport Chair
We were thrilled with how quickly the chair arrived. We expected a delay because of the Holidays. We were replacing a chair for our 90 year old aunt who depended on her chair to get around her home. Very happy with the quality. Great that it came assembled!
