It didn't last a month
I purchased this for work and only used it for light shredding. It stopped working in the first month.

Works nicely for small office.
Basket doesn't pull out as smoothly as I would like, but I use a trash bag to help keep the paper shreds and dust under control.

Good Quality
I've had this shredder in the office for a few days now and it works just fine. It is smaller than the shredder I replaced which could be nice if your shredder in under your desk. The only negative I have is that this shredder is super loud, it sounds like a transformer really. Still shreds and gets the job done for a decent price.

Missing handles (either external or indents) that would make it easy to lift and move.
Papers state that it cannot handle paper clips.

My Tax Trail Cleaner
Finally!!! Got the time AND the machine to rid myself of past tax filings, work sheets..etc...does a fantastic job and I get a sense of security....work in 10 to 15 years minute spurts and motor does not overheat..AND DON'T WAIT 10 YEARS TO START!!!

Was great for 1 year
This was a loud but good shredder. However, after very heavy use, it overheated and all kinds of crazy happened. Plastic parts were flying everywhere. It just needed to auto shut off.
Of course warranty is out of date.

It is an adequate shredder, however, it is much louder than any shredder I have ever owned. The collection bin seems very flimsy. Time will tell how well this will hold up.
