Disappointed and Sending Back
The seat cushion appears to be comfortable, but in reality it is stiff and hard to sit on. If I could select negative "stars" as a rating, I would choose to do so. This chair is not worth the $$.

HON Mesh Mid-Back Task Chair (BSXVL511LH10)
I am 5'4 1/2". This chair has a deep seat pan, so if I have the seat raised all the way up, I need a footrest because my feet dangle and cut off/into just above the knees. When my feet dangle, I cannot sit all the way back and loose the comfort of the backrest.

Stiff
Very easy to assemble. Seat cushion is very firm, too firm, wish i had paid attention to the other review on this. This chair is perhaps better suited for a taller person. I'm 5'2" and the seat edge hits the back of my knees before i'm sitting all the way back in the chair.

Good Mid back chair with lumbar support
The chair was easy to setup. Has good lumbar support
The cushion is little bit on the harder side though it is a thick cushion.
I bought if for one employee but another person with some back spasm found it suitable.
All in all a good chair.

Great Chair for the Price
Chair is comfortable. The mesh back allows for airflow, which is really nice.
