Binder Review
Bought two via business delivery. One was perfect, other had a loose rivet that held the 3 ring spine in place. Emailed Staples and a new one arrives in about 2 days.
Service was excellent, binders great as long you don't get a dud.
I'll buy again from Staples since they fixed the problem quickly.

It's tough to find this item and at a good price. Vinyl and ring assembly seem to be constructed well. Use it daily to reference reduced size home plans. Probably will order more in the future.

Does the job
The first time I ordered this binder, it arrived with cracks in the cover all along the top edge of the front cover seam and the inside spine. I notified Staples and immediately ship me a new one and requested that I toss the old one. The new one seems to be doing the job just fine.
