How to use the impact driver...
After watching this video from youtube, linked below, I found out that you have to push in the head of the socket that holds the bit... and then turn it clockwise or counter clockwise. To confirm which way it turns, press the driver with a bit against a hard metal surface to see which way the head of the socket turns. The video I used to reference these findings:

unbelievable!
it appears that whoever made this webpage or ad has absolutely no idea what this tool does or how to use it. the video and pictures are laughable. little wonder the other reviewers can't figure out how to use it. what has become of Klein?

Is there a 1/4 inch version
I have the same question (re. how it works);also is there a 1/4 inch version? I have a 3/32 inch hex screw that is stuck.

The Tool would work better if I knew how to use it
I've seen reviews on how its been difficult to figure out how to switch the direction....but now that I've got one..... How do you reverse the direction?? And...am I suppose to release my grip on the driver to rewind the spring or keep steady pressure on the screw between hammer strikes?? Somebody put some instructions on YouTube...all your competitors have something...
