New Chair
Very comfortable. The gentleman who came out to put it together was very courteous and fast. I love my new chair.

Not as described Horrible chair
First it is not burgundy, it is a cherry red.
No tilt/tension lock feature
No tilt mechansim or tension adjustment knob
The Arms do no flip up
The fabric is so abrasive I got a rash just from sitting on it for an hour.
So this disappointing chair is going back after I spent an hour putting it together and not have to disassemble it and repackage it to ship it back. W...

Comfortable and sporty
Assembly a bit difficult as the back and seat take a bit to align and get bolts in without it falling over.

The fabric is more red than burgundy. the color is actually very close to as it is depicted in the photo. Appears to be of good quality, has adequate adjustments, and is comfortable...regarding durability, time will tell.

Two Different Colors
The back of the chair and the seat of the chair are two different shades. One looks red and the other looks pink. Sits fine, but looks cheap because of color difference.
