Stopped working
It worked okay for 1 year. Purchased 1/2022 and it stopped working completely (does not turn on) 3/2023. I barely used it maybe 1 sheet every month.

Fragile
Must be handled gently esp. when feeding up to 8 pieces of paper. Jams easily but what do you expect for the piece. Good for occasional home use not business

It’s noisy and slow. You’re supposed to be able to shred 8 sheets but with just 4 the machine is working hard.

Work well for what we needed
Runs right through paper to break down just have to be carful how much you put in it will jam & stop all together but the back up button works well.

Great product
I do not recommend putting 8 sheets as a time as the paper got stuck when I did this. However when I placed in 5 or 6 sheets at once the product worked perfectly. Definitely a keeper.

This is my second of this type of shredder. It was a replacement for one I finally managed to destroy. I do a LOT of shredding and the one I had lasted for several years. Very much paid for itself.
