Worth trying.
It took a few hours for the tech department to update the firmware. I spoke to customer service and they helped me set up the system the way I wanted (virtual receptionist). So far it does what was advertised. Less wires clutter and more for the money then Vonage(they are good but don't have what I have now for half of what I was paying with Vonage).

Looking for VoIP solutions for your home or office? Look anywhere but here.
Purchasing Ooma VoIP for my office was supposed to be an easy process and has become a waking nightmare. On the website they claim that setup is 20 minutes when actually setup took about two weeks of purchasing and returning phones plus misleading information from the sales team. We wanted to use this system for our office so we needed multiple phone lines. The salesper...

Issues Issues Issues
My business phone has been out for over a week now and my fax machine hasn't worked since I came over. I liked the system at first but I have had quite a few headaches since I came aboard.

Constant outages
This is one of the worst systems you could ever change over to. While the call quality is very good the support is very bad. All they can ever say is "sorry". I changed from Vonage at the 1st of the month and have experienced 3 outages since then. I am currently in the middle of the 3rd. To date I have lost the ability to make or receive calls from my business for at ...

Not ready to play with the big boys
I am not sure how this got so highly rated by PC Mag readers. This is a mediocre office service which is quirky and has constant outages. If you run a business you want a service that is reliable first and formost. This service cant even do that

HAPPY CLIENT
This is one of the best buy of 2014. I purchased this device in the early part of 2014 and it works well. You will save hundreds of dollars compared to other companies. If saving money is one of your business agenda this is a cost cutter.

Partial solution
Purchased for my home office which needed 2 extension and fax capability. Price on Ooma office box which contained base unit and 2 extensions was "for as little as 19.95 a month". Reality is that the base with the 2 extensions is actually 39.90. That set up provided a virtual receptionist fax extension and 2 extensions. Problem is that after spending a good portion o...

Good
The system was easy to install and all of the features worked as discribed . The only thing I did not like was the instructions because they were loosely written. I had to call their technical support to understand that I had to push their paging butto in order to get my desk extension to work. When I called their technical support group they were very responsive and m...

Poor reliability for a business phone
I have had my Ooma Office for four months now. In that time I have had no less than 5 serious problems (e.g. receptionist would not answer extensions would not work after hours menu would not work unable to change greetings) I have an Ooma Telo Premier and loved it but Ooma does not seem ready to play with the big boys in business.

Ooma rocks!
I had the residential version and recently upgraded to the business version for obvious reasons...I love it! I stopped for a short while and used Verizon. What a mistake. Not because Verizon isn't worthy but because I felt so out of touch with my callers and missed calls. The call forwarding and music on hold makes me happy as well. I couldn't be happier that I'm savin...

Ooma Office is a gift to small business.
From the first time you connect Ooma Office you realize what a powerful tool it is and how it can actually bring your small business to a new level of professionalism. Your company's phone system is entirely under your control with no need for professional installers installation fees or costly third party set up and maintenance. Customizing the "Virtual Receptionist"...

All in all a very good product well supported.
I've been using Ooma Office for about a month. Aside from the monthly savings vs you know who I really appreciate the product because it saved me from having to completely rewire the office which would have been very disruptive and expensive. To my surprise the signal from the base gets right through the thick plaster walls in our building. Telephone line quality is c...

Great for a very small business!
We have a small photography business and this works very well for us. Sound quality is great I like the feature that rings the business phone + my cell phone at the same time. Very easy setup. I just wish it has some of the blocking features that the Ooma Telo has I am getting many calls to accept credit cards or place my business on Google front page.

Great Product for the price
Ooma Office is a great solution for small businesses. It is very easy to install and manage and is very reliable. The web based management portal offers an easy way to configure extensions and other features such as ring groups and conference lines. The integrated call tree feature is simple but effective and is a great feature for businesses that are focused on serving...

Ooma for Home and Business
I’m using Ooma for both my residential and business telephone service. Verizon was not able to provide Simultaneous Ring service for my business line. Ooma offered the service and I have been thrilled with quality and service plus I’m enjoying over 50% in saving.

I highly recommend Ooma Office!
“I love how crystal clear the sound is. The ability to change the receptionist message along with any of the systems parameters on the fly is great. I also appreciate that I can have calls forwarded to my cell phone and never miss a patient trying to reach me. This system is well worth investing in.
