New customer is forever turned-off!!!
As a first-time customer, I was pleased to have found the envelopes I needed and was told to expect delivery in 2-3 days. This was perfect. The quantity was not huge, only 2 packs, but I received a message 4 days after my order was placed and after the delivery should have been made to be informed my estimated delivery was changed and the new delivery was a MONTH later....
