Poor envelopes
Item did not look like anything I expected (for what appeared on the screen). Difficult to order and unclear instructions. Little help from store. Nor was the style that I expected.

Envelopes are too big, font too big, and a typo that either I left or staff left.
I am disappointed because there a few problems with the printed envelopes. The staff person helping me told me my envelope was a size 10 but it turns out that size 10 is much bigger than the envelope I brought into the store. Also, she was not able to print out the return address so we could see what the font size looked like --impossible to tell with just a font size ...

Terrible.
Wrong sized print regardless of having print center a sample of a previous staples product in hand.
No records saved at staples past a few months.
I don’t want to use a product I need to order two or three times to get the correct item.
It Gives me a resentment.
I’ll order somewhere else .
Would I recommend Staples Copy & Print?
Occasionally they do a great job....
