Little Giant Ladder Flip-N-Lite 300 lb.
This ladder is easy to maneuver and set up. It's very sturdy and has a handle for convenience. The platform holds items to assist with loading/unloading from shelves, and the tray at the top keeps tiny items and a marker accessible. Definitely recommend.

Great little step ladder
Nice light little ladder that is sturdy but still gives you a little more height than some of the smaller other options. This step ladder is super easy to carry around because of how light it is and yet it is very functional.

Little Giant Flip-N-Lite 5' Aluminum Step Ladder (
For a work place that has to follow OSHA, by not having the top 2 steps, this is a safer option than a standard step ladder. Very light for having a 300# rating. Only problem is they "walk off" and get lost if not chained down.
