help
I purchased this and it says its ready to install but I have no idea where to find the install it says go to my software in staples but no luck

Online download
I was never sent the email with the link to download the product. When I tried to call on a Saturday I was told that they couldn't help me until Monday. When I called on Monday I couldn't get a hold of anyone. When I finally did get someone it was someone with an accent that I could not understand. I finally just asked for a refund. Not at all happy!

Don't buy - takes forever to get download link
Don't buy software subscriptions from Staples. I checked for the download link for days after purchase and was not available. I finally had to purchase elsewhere and of course cannot get a refund. Now the download link is available but useless. Look elsewhere if you need to access the software within a week of purchase.

East enough to download and install, but when I went to install it on my wife's computer, which had a different Microsoft account, it was a bit of a hassle. I use Firefox and it worked fine with my account for the download. On my wife's computer, with her different account, I tried in vain to make her download work after I emailed her the link. Item is not as advertised
I specifically purchased THIS item for Windows 7 Home because it's for my parents who have difficulty with Windows 10. It came with Windows 10! Their CPU from their old computer is on it's last legs and I need to work with what came in tricking it to look like the Classic view. Too much work that didn't need to be done!
