Dual Flex ovens
I purchased the oven as a Xmas present for my wife. The difference in cooking in oven with convection oven is a complete game changer. From French Fries and fish that come out better than fried. Door won't stay closed
the oven is barely 2 1/2 years old and now the oven door won't stay closed. it will cost $431 to replace the door hinges. the new hinges are only guaranteed for 3 months. i won't be buying another samsung appliance.

Garbage
Only 5 years old and the temperature sensor is already shot. Oven doesn't get up to the temperature you set, I have to put it at least 25 degrees higher just to get it to cook right. And then sometimes the oven just randomly shuts itself off! You're baking and then bam, oven's randomly off! How can Samsung be THIS terrible at making an oven? My grandmother's oven is...

Piece of junk
Bought in 2017, about 2 years after the red light stays on for the hot surface, 1 year later some digits are missing on the clock and keep flashing, then the oven door doesn't close properly so the light comes on and the heat started to melt our thermoplastic cupboards doors. Now 7 years later the convection fan was making a loud noise, so I unplugged it... Time to buy ...

If there was an option for no stars that’s what I would give this range. Since there are only two of us in our household, I have always enjoyed having a double oven and being able to use the small uppper oven pretty much on a daily basis. 9 years of aggravation...
We had this stove/range for 9 years and it literally died on Christmas Eve. Water boiled over while cooking and smoke came pouring out of the control panel, I smelled plastic burning, and then a few loud pops and it died. The entire electrical panel was fried.

Nice unit
Great unit. works well and we love the cooking 2 different things at once. Only drawback is the top oven door does not always open seems locked, so we have to open both doors.

2 years old and starting to fall apart
Just like our Samsung Fridge, 1 year after warranty, things are breaking and Samsung won't fix it or stand behind their product. Amazing Range! Love the divided oven!
Great Range! I love the choice of using either the top or bottom oven, or the entire oven…so convenient. Easy to clean stove top. I have always loved samsung’s devices and appliances, doesnt dissappoint!

I would not buy another Samsung Product
Poor quality and Samsung doesnt care. Cooktop scratched the first week. Range was purchased in 2017. The Black Stainless steel that we had to pay extra for is now chipping off all around the door. Samsung says this is a cosmetic issue and wont deal with it. The led readouts (clock, timer etc) are now missing parts of the display. So you cant tell what time it is or what...

Great, in theory only. Keep looking....
The top ALWAYS looks dirty unless you spend 30 minutes per day meticulously polishing it. I am not a clean freak by a long shot, but this thing is dirty looking. The electronics are janky, and the oven door sticks after you do the self cleaning. It is 2 years old, just outside of the warranty, and I've already had service here twice!

Worked great at first then the removable center stopped working and the bottoms of whatever I’m cooking doesn’t bake. Now the finish is coming off. Very disappointing for a very expensive oven.

Self cleaning
i repeatedly try to turn on the self-cleaning, but there is no response. i do not know what is the reason. i press the self-cleaning button, but when i press the “start” button, there is no response to the command. is there a different method for this cooker than other cookers and other brands, or what is there?

Terrible trouble
We bought this oven 6 years ago and have had nothing but trouble. We keep getting an error code c-fo, it doesn’t heat up properly and occasionally the oven just starts up. It is by far the worst oven we have had. I will never purchase another Samsung appliance.

Try Something Else..
Had this for just over 5 yrs. , all was good then the LED started to burn out(?) because all would not light up. Then LEDs would start flashing above and below the time.. Last week the front right burner would not go turn down below HIGH, no matter where it was set.
Just had tech look at it, and will be $700 to fix both or 200 less if just burner fixed.

Oven temperature control is very inaccurate.
after using for more than one year, we found out how inaccurate oven temperature is.
we did recalibrate per the instructions. it was 35 degrees out. our baked potatoes were cooking at 315 degrees. not 350.
everything we were cooking was not right.
popovers need to start at 450 for the first 20 minutes.
they never turned out right until we figured it out.

Worst purchase ever
on my first try, the ovens did not reach temperature. i called and was told to use a different thermometer; went and bought a new one. same problem. after 6 months of cooking on a higher temperature, i was able to cook food in the oven. then i open the top door and the frame came out with it. the oven lights go on b themself. now it's out of warranty.

Did not last long
we bought this in 2/2018 so it's only almost 4 years old. the fast boil burner is a joke, the left burner goes on and off constantly. now, neither oven heats properly. the top is 25 degrees below and the bottom is 100 degrees below the setting. repairman can't find the parts so now i have to pay another $1,800 for a new stove.
