The binders are great! They look good and very professional looking. If you need legal binders, these are the one's to consider. You will need a 3 ring hole puncher that have an open base to accommodate.

Fine construction
The binder is fine but the rings are installed perhaps a quarter of an inch too low. When I put legal page protectors in it, they stick out the bottom by a quarter inch. It could be the binder or it could be the page protectors that is off.

I needed a binder that was just a bit taller than the regular ones in order to hold some old air letters that told a story of our time living overseas. This binder was the perfect size with a little extra head room, yet I could put in something else using standard 3 hole papers.

Did not like the material of the binder. Appears to be fragile but its still holding. Next time will pay the extra for vinyl cover.

Perfect size and excellent quality
I purchased this binder to hold music sheets larger than 8.5 x 11, and this is a perfect binder for that purpose.
The construction quality is superior, especially with the touch of metal reinforced edges on the bottom of the binder,
to keep the bottom edge from getting worn and frayed while being slid along a shelf and/or music stand.

Not exactly what I wanted
While these binders have a nice look and feel, they are wider than needed for legal size papers. A legal size binder is big enough, I didn't really want an even larger one.
